Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Residly (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What Residly does
Residly helps you record and count the days you spend in different countries against rules you configure (such as tax-residency thresholds, the Schengen 90/180 rule, and visa or minimum-stay limits). It runs on your device and depends on the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. No warranty on accuracy
We work hard to count correctly, but rules change and interpretations vary by country and circumstance. Residly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your own compliance and for verifying results before relying on them.
4. Residly Pro subscription
- Residly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed yearly through your Apple ID.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Residly and its makers are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including fines, penalties, or adverse tax, residency or immigration outcomes.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
